Warehouse Manager
General Summary
Manage the flow of goods from raw materials to the finished product ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound receiving processes at all facilities, oversee labeling process of inbound goods per SOP.
Ensure warehouse inventory locations are accurately maintained and cycle counts are completed. Oversee enforcement of allergen specific segregation rules and quality hold procedures.
Oversee the coordination of truck scheduling, dock utilization and outbound load management. Manage on-time shipments to ensure proper documentation (BOLs, packing slips, pallet tags, SSCC labels). Escalate delivery or quality issues to QA and the leadership team.
Leverage Fishbowl ERP to manage production pick tickets, post-production return to stock, inventory transfers, and finished goods dispatch.
Use Lilypad Warehouse to manage mobile scanning, pallet ID tracking, material consumption. Collaborate with Redzone and Tableau data teams to track loading/unloading OEE and labor hours.
Coordinate with Receiving to verify accuracy and completeness of incoming materials against PO’s
Ensure timely availability of materials in conjunction with scheduling to meet production requirements
Lead and develop training guidelines for warehouse personnel and shipping/receiving teams on SOP’s and use of inventory systems.
Drive weekly reviews of logistics KPI’s, dock time, turnaround time, stock accuracy and pick errors.
Participate in strategic logistics planning and act as cross functional liaison between Production, Customer Service and Quality.
Enforce GMP’s and all safety policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years related work experience
- Solid leadership skills and ability to effectively motivate and lead a high-performance warehousing team
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills including active listening and ability to delegate and give clear instructions
- Problem solver with exceptional time management skills
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task and think ahead
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Safety rules and Warehouse protocols
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to drive between buildings
Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Summary
The role of the Floor Lead is to organize and monitor production activities to meet daily production standards and goals in assigned areas. The focus is to maximize production by minimizing downtime, coordinate material needs with the Staging Coordinator, and complete production paperwork ensuring accuracy to meet daily production goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Essential duties include completion of production paperwork on each line, recording downtime, and ensuring machines run continuously throughout the day without interruption.
- Oversee production on assigned lines and verify products and materials are ready each day. Any obstacles affecting production are handled including staffing issues keeping the Production Manager informed.
- Ensure that all production employees adhere to all company policies and procedures, quality guidelines and GMP’s. Ensure that all Food Safety Policies are being followed.
Qualifications
- Ability to create strong morale and promote working as a team while holding production lines accountable to results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required

Machine Operator
Openings for both 1st shift (6:45 am – 3:00 pm) and 2nd shift (2:45 pm-11:00 pm).
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Perform pre-operation activities to ensure product & materials are ready for startup
- Work independently on production floor performing tasks to operate assigned machine to meet daily production goals. Accurate completion of production paperwork is required.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise.
- Participate in sanitary functions to include cleaning equipment with work unit.
- Adhere to safe work practices following all GMP guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Able to work get along with others in team environment
- Must have proven record of good attendance
Experience
- Experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment required.
- Knowledge of food safety a plus
