TS Food Packaging has four facilities located in Burlington, WI about an hour from Chicago. Our central location means we are close to numerous distribution hubs, making us an ideal solution for your business needs!
Primary packaging is the packaging that holds the product (for example the stand up pouch, sachet, or jar).
Secondary packaging is the packaging that surrounds the individual units of the product. In some cases this is a bulk box, in others: a printed display case.
Tertiary packaging is the third level of packaging used to protect manufactured goods for shipping or storing. It protects both the product and packaging. Usually this is a large bulk box.
We have no strict minimum order quantities. These quantities differ for all packaging solutions.In many cases we have semi-automated lines that can be utilized for small runs and automated lines utilized for larger production runs. This way we can work together to find a solution that meets your company’s needs as you continue to grow!
TS Food Packaging is BRC certified, FDA compliant, and offers the following Private Label Certifications
- Organic Certification (OCIA International)
- Kosher Certification (OU)
- Gluten Free Certification (GFCO)
In Spring 2024, our facilities will be transitioning from BRC to SQF certification.

Our receiving hours are 7:00am – 3:00pm. Our maximum receiving height is 8ft. Pallet requirements are 40×48 inches. Please speak with your TS Representative for an appropriate shipping address as we have multiple facilities within Burlington, WI.
